YES! We have rebranded our business in line with current Industry 4.0 objectives, bringing you our trading name of Ti4.0.

What are your business hours

9.00am to 5.00pm

What is your address?

In this day and age we have all become adaptable, we find it irrelevant to maintain a physical business office. Our consultants work within virtual offices and come to sight when requested in line with current State and Territory laws.

What is the best way to reach a team member?

Contact us via email with any queries you may have.  A team member will respond via email and or telephone depending on your requriements.

What is the process of enquiry?

Our team is always happy to discuss your needs. Enquiries in the first instance should be made via email with as much information as possible.  This gives our team the chance to give due consideration to your needs. One of our team members will follow up with a telephone call.

If I have a problem with my software and I am an interstate customer what do I do?

Call through firstly to our project manager Lauri Piacentini. Lauri will organise support at the earliest available time slot. Wherever you are located, we can help. We are a dynamic organisation with an agile approach to everything.

Does your support service go to a call centre or overseas?

We take great pride in both our brand and our customer service. Ti4 guaranteeds that there will be no overseas support nor the use of call centres.

Who provides support for your products and services?

All support calls are handled by Ti4 skilled senior consultants.

What is the lifecycle of a project?

Initial contact is made and our team assess your needs, the next steps are as follows:

Why do you have project management for your projects?

Project Management is necessary to ensure that projects are planned, executed and implemented in the most cost efficient manner. Budget integrity is kept in check while valuable insights are delivered in the process of the development.

Is Project Management an extra cost to the project?

Project Management is charged at an hourly rate, albeit a much lower rate than that of a developer. The flow of information runs through the PM to avoid unnecessary costs. Ti4 capitalises on the strengths of each team members expertise to bring you the best possible software at the most efficient rate.

What style of Project Management do you have?

Ti4 has adopted an agile approach to Project Management to ensure flexibility.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice.

I would like a quote, what do I do next?

Everything we do at Ti4 is customised to you. For this reason, it is very difficult to give quotes without knowing the exact details of what is required. A process of discovery is undertaken prior to quotation.
